Bridge inspection truck is a special truck for the diseases of bridges maintenance and preventive inspection. Its main function is to carry out comprehensive inspection, repair and maintenance ofthe bridge bottom structures, (such as painting, sand blasting, repairing, strengthening, installation or disassembly) as well as the detection of cracks in the bridge’s main girder bottom and the inspection and maintenance of the full bridge supports, and the installation and maintenance of pipes and cables under the bridge. The product is widely applicable to bridges of various structural forms, such as suspension bridge, beam bridge, arch bridge and urban viaduct and etc.

1. Safe and reliable

1) The electronic control systemadopts the integrated technology of electromechanical, hydraulic and telecommunication, the main electrical control end adopts the advanced controlunit, and all parts of the actuators have sensors for real-time detection. The three-point interlock control technology is applied, and it has the function of fault alarm and automatic restriction of wrong operation, which can fully guarantee the convenience and safety of operation.

2)    The specially customized chassis for bridge inspection truck is used for safe, reliable and comfortable driving.

3)    The design of truss structure is safe and reliable by finite element analysis.

4)    The selected main hydraulic components are more reliable to ensure the excellent stability of the whole truck.

5)    The transfer case is adopted for the truck so as to improve the driving force and reduce skid caused by uneven road surface when the truck moves forward and backward.

6)    Reliability and loading test is carried out in accordance with enterprise standards before delivery to ensure reliable performance of the whole truck.

4. The hydraulic driven rear axle running at low speed is realized by adopting the transfer case, and there will be no slop slip under the condition of wet ground and large slope grade (such as 5%，orcross slope 3%) so that the safety can be ensured.

5. The truck is equipped with a backup power source. When the chassis engine fails, the backup power source system can be used to operate the equipment and take back the working platform.

6. The truck is equipped with wired monitoring system, which canconduct real-time monitoring and video recording of the truck environment and work scene.

7. The truck is equipped with a wired telephone system, loud and clear audio communication is available for the workers on the bridge and under the bridge.
