Serving procedure

      Our company has established a comprehensive product quality assurance system. With the increasing development of our export trade, the after-sales service system has been fully improved, we provide all kinds of customers with pre-sales, sales and after-sales service.

     1. The company will be responsible for the warranty due to the damage caused by the design, manufacturing and assembly of the special purpose vehicle within one year or within 25,000km from the date of delivery.

      2. The company will be responsible for the warranty of all kinds of special heavy-duty engineering equipment within one year from the date of delivery.

      3. The company will provide lifelong service (including system software upgrade) for all products sold, and only costs related to the replacement of spare parts or maintenance services.

     4. The company will provide free operator training services in the factory for the product sold.

      5. The company will be responsible for the installation, commissioning and training of the users on site, and the company will actively cooperate to provide relevant services.

      6. Serving procedure

     1) The customer requests the product service to our company.

      2) The company provides remote guidance through telephone or internet communication according to the customer’s requirement.

     3) Regarding serious product quality responsibility, the user provides related department appraisal or certification if necessary.

     4) The company provides the spare parts according to the user’s request, and arrange the engineer to go to the user’s site to perform the verification service if necessary.

     5) Both parties sign the service acceptance sheet.
